- Redraw Request – Request a redraw of your available excess funds to your nominated bank or credit union account
- Lump Sum Payment – Request a lump sum payment to your loan account from your nominated bank or credit union account

Apply to update a security property or release one or more borrowers from your existing home loan account. We are unable to offer increases to your loan limits at present due to policy review. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Authorise Anchorage Home Loans to deposit funds directly into your bank account
Authorise Anchorage Home Loans to debit your account from another financial institution and deposit into your mortgage.
Authorise Anchorage Home Loans to fully or partially discharge your mortgage
Authorise your employer to have your salary paid straight into your Anchorage Home Loan Account.
